The process we use to build your website takes a certain amount of time and a lot of planning and research. Unlike other agencies, we DON’T use templates. We build your website from scratch, which means you get a unique design tailored around your business. We offer a variety of payment options, varying from a one-time, up-front payment to six automated monthly payments, and two- installment payment of (70% initial deposit and 30% on completion) We understand that this is a big investment and want to help you budget for the expense in whatever way possible.

Hosting is super important! When it comes to hosting, you get what you pay for. We’ve developed a list of our absolute favorite hosts to help you find the right host at the right price. If we build your website, we will generally manage the hosting for you so you don’t need to do anything. We use the same hosting company for our own website and for ALL our clients. Each website is managed individually to avoid any security issues. Every website we build has unlimited bandwidth, 20GB of disk space, 2GB Ram and 99.9% uptime. We’ve used the same company for 5 years and we don’t plan on changing this anytime soon.
A custom website can be a big investment and not all small businesses have the budget for you. We offer a budget package which will help get you online with a nice looking website fast.
We are only an email away! We’re here to help you as much or as little as you need, and we won’t disappear once the site is launched. We’ve been doing this for 13 years, so we aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.
No. All of our client meetings are done over Skype or via the phone. It’s rare that we NEED to meet people face to face. Technology allows us to do so much in a small space of time so we don’t believe face to face meetings are necessary.
We are always happy to meet you in person if you really need us to but we’ll arrange a consultation price for travel and possible accommodation depending on the distance.
